Terms of Service

Please read this Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") carefully before using the Video to Live application (hereinafter referred to as "the App") and related services provided by INVOICENOW LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "Company").

In particular, we remind you to read carefully the terms and conditions that exclude or limit our responsibility, limit your rights, and the application of law and dispute resolution provisions. By downloading, installing, registering, or continuing to use the App, you shall be deemed to have read, fully understood, and agreed to all the terms of this Agreement.

Video to Live allows users to convert videos into Live Photos or GIFs, and provides advanced editing features including but not limited to:

• Trimming, playback speed adjustment, reversing, and looping (boomerang).
• Applying background colors, photos, and 30+ filters/effects.
• Editing existing Live Photos (changing key photos, adding text/stickers).

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue certain features of the App at our discretion due to technical reasons, legal reasons, or other factors.

The App and all contents contained within it, including but not limited to software code, design, graphics, interfaces, trademarks, logos, texts, and patents, are owned by INVOICENOW LIMITED or our affiliates.

Except with our express written permission, you may not:

• Reproduce, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the App's functionality or programs.
• Rent, sell, or engage in any commercial profit-making behavior using the App's underlying software.
• Modify or cover up the service name, company logo, or copyright information.

You shall equip yourself with the necessary devices for accessing the Internet and bear the telecommunication fees and network usage fees related to the service.

Users shall be solely responsible for the content of the media they process. You are strictly prohibited from processing, creating, or disseminating content that:

• Endangers national security, discloses state secrets, or undermines social stability.
• Incites ethnic hatred, discrimination, or promotes cults and feudal superstitions.
• Spreads obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or abets crimes.
• Insults or slanders others, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others.

Furthermore, you shall not interfere with our normal provision of software, including attacking our servers, exploiting vulnerabilities for improper gains, or unreasonably hindering others from using the service.

To provide high-quality conversion and advanced effects, your media files are securely uploaded to our cloud servers for processing. We strictly do not retain your files. Once the conversion or editing process is completed and the result is returned to your device, the original and converted files are immediately and permanently deleted from our servers.

The App may be downloaded for free, but certain premium features are subject to payment:

• Subscriptions: Available on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. Unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription cycle, your Apple ID or Google Play account will be automatically charged for the next subscription cycle.
• One-Time Purchase: A lifetime unlock option may be available.

All payments and refunds are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) in accordance with their respective terms. We do not process payments directly.

If your violations of this Agreement or applicable laws cause damage to us or a third party, you shall be held legally liable. We have the right to claim compensation for our direct losses and require you to bear reasonable expenses we have incurred to protect our rights (including, but not limited to, attorney's fees, litigation fees, and investigation costs).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INVOICENOW LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

We are not responsible for any loss caused by force majeure events, which include but are not limited to:

• Natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, typhoons, and changes in government directives.
• Failure of basic telecommunication carriers, computer/mobile device viruses, or hacker attacks.
• Other unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable objective circumstances.

These Terms apply to the use of the App by natural persons under the age of 18 ("Minors"). Before using the App, Minors must have their legal guardian read the entire contents of this Agreement and obtain the guardian's express consent.

The guardian shall be responsible for supervising the Minor's use of the App, including ensuring the media processed is legally obtained and appropriate, and shall undertake all legal liabilities resulting from the Minor's violation of this Agreement.

The interpretation and application of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. However, if you use this application in other countries, you should also comply with local laws and regulations, but dispute resolution shall be governed by Hong Kong law.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the competent courts of Hong Kong.
