We take the privacy of our users ("you") very seriously and have created this Privacy Policy to explain our practices regarding the collection, use, storage, and sharing of user information.

• To provide, maintain, and ensure the functions and services of the Application are compatible with your device.

Because this is a mobile application, we or our third-party partners may obtain and use your information through mobile device identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA or Google's GAID) or similar technologies.

These technologies are used to understand which features you use most, or to help us attribute app installations (knowing which marketing campaign led you to download the App). You may refuse or manage these identifiers through your mobile device's privacy tracking settings (e.g., "Ask App not to Track" on iOS).

We will not share your information with any third party outside of us without your consent, except with our authorized partners to provide better service:

• Google Firebase: Used for crash reporting and app stability monitoring.
• Singular: Used for marketing attribution to understand where our users discover the App.
• Mixpanel: Used for product analytics to help us understand which features users love the most.

We will only share personal information that is necessary, de-identified, and solely within the scope of our authorization. These partners process data in accordance with their own strict privacy policies.

As we continue to grow our business, we may enter into mergers, acquisitions, or asset transfers. Your information may be transferred as part of such transactions. We will require the new entity to continue to be bound by this statement.

We may disclose your information if required by law or regulation, to resolve litigation disputes, or as requested by administrative or judicial authorities to protect the safety of the public or our company.

The diagnostic and usage information we collect is stored securely on servers located primarily in the United States or other global regions depending on operational needs. (Note: As emphasized, your media files are not stored and are deleted immediately after processing). We store analytical data only for the period necessary to provide you with the service.

We adopt security measures that comply with industry standards, including data classification, encryption, and strict access control mechanisms to prevent unauthorized access, modification, or data loss.

Please understand that due to technical limitations, even with strengthened security, we cannot always guarantee 100% security of information over the Internet. In the unfortunate event of an information security incident, we will promptly inform you and relevant regulatory authorities in accordance with the law.

You have the right to manage your privacy:

• Access & Deletion: You can request access to or deletion of the diagnostic data we hold about you by contacting our support email.
• Rights Management: You can turn off the permission of this application to obtain your device information (like Photo Library access) at any time through your device settings. Turning off permissions may affect core functions of the App.
• Withdrawal of Consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent to our collection of personal information at any time by uninstalling the Application.

Your device or browser settings may allow you to automatically send "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. When we receive a DNT signal, we respect your choice and do not track you across third-party websites to provide targeted advertising.

If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should read and agree to this Privacy Policy under the supervision and guidance of your parents or other guardians.

The Application is not specifically designed for minors, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we find that we have collected personal information of minors without verifiable parental consent, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible.

Payments made in the Application (Subscriptions or IAP) are done exclusively through official channels provided by Apple Inc. or Google LLC. You provide your payment information directly to them, and they operate secure servers to process payment details. We do not control, collect, or store your credit/debit card information.

We may revise this Statement from time to time in accordance with updates to laws, regulations, and business development. The revised Privacy Statement will be published in this application or on our website. If you continue to use the Application after an update, you are deemed to agree to the revised Privacy Statement.

The interpretation and application of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If you use this application internationally, you should also comply with local laws and regulations, but dispute resolution shall be governed by Hong Kong law.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the competent courts of Hong Kong.
